I am passionate about healthy eating and offer practical nutrition and lifestyle advice that will enable you to take an active role in your health.
My own health issues in middle-age taught me that nutrition can help restore wellness. As an international oarswoman I saw how nutrition influenced performance. These experiences gave me the insight to realise that good nutrition and lifestyle changes can help anyone achieve vitality and peak performance, while also being enjoyable.
Whether you are interested in managing a particular health issue, stress management, nutrition for challenging life stages such as menopause or healthy ageing, I will work alongside you to devise a nutrition & lifestyle plan specific to your needs.
I graduated from the University of Westminster with a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Nutritional Therapy. I am registered with the professional organisations that regulate Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine and Nutritional Therapy – BANT and CNHC – and abide by their professional codes of conduct.
