NUTRITION WORKSHOPS – HEALTHY EATING
How often do you have food-related queries? For example, do you know what a portion size is, what a healthy fat is, how much protein to eat, or indeed the right balance of fat-protein-carbs, or how to understand food labels?
These informative and interactive workshops focus on the general dietary principles for health that will empower you to take an active role in your health and wellbeing. Workshops are 60 or 90 minutes long and cover a range of topics:
• healthy eating, the essential basics
• healthy ageing
• maximising energy levels
• hormone balance, stress relief
• food & mood, emotional wellbeing
Or choose your own topic if you wish. Workshops are either on a one-to-one basis or as a small group – up to 3 people – why not bring a friend and lower your individual cost?
