My informative nutrition workshops focus on the dietary principles for health that will empower you to take an active role in your health and wellbeing. Sessions are 60 minutes long, whether for an individual or a small group. Workshop topics include:

• optimising energy levels
• hormone balance, stress relief
• becoming vegan
